I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very close to the Villiers metro station and within walking distance to many tourist sites. The neighborhood was safe, even at late hours, and had a great selection of shopping facilities, including bakeries. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke multiple languages, making communication easy. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the wifi was always working. Additionally, the hotel arranged a shuttle to the airport at a reasonable price, even for an early morning departure. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms a bit small for a family and basic facilities

Convenient position.

Everyone was FRIENDLY and so nice. Triumphal Way was just a few steps away from the hotel.

Excellent location, vibrant neighborhood, comfortable room, helpful staff, convenient amenities, close to metro station.

This hotel is very convenient for walking into the centre of Paris (about 15 minutes and close to the Paris Mtero System (3-4 minutes).

Parking on the street is impossible and secure indoor parking although very lose is expensive at about 23 euros per day.The hotel is clean but 'tired' with carpets and bed covers that have seen better days. For through price though and where it is located, it remains good value

I recently had a delightful stay in a lovely hotel in Paris. The location was superb, making it easy to explore the city and the charming outdoor market right next to the hotel was a highlight. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a mini fridge with handy shelves. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

The staff in this hotel was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious enough and the location of this hotel was excellent. Subway station was close, easy to get different places in Paris. I personally liked this hotel very much. Mini bar was nice.

Hotel cleaners didn't change the towels every day, it was surprise.

They provided only plastic cup for orange juice and in the bathroom.

1) Very poor room service. No cleaning in 2 days. 2) Poor breakfast 3) Lift was not working, no help provided for bringing the luggage from 5th floor thru narrow spiral stairs...horrible exp.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Firstly, the value for money was fantastic, with reasonable prices for a centrally located hotel. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. Lastly, the location was perfect - nestled in a good neighborhood with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including a mini fridge and a small shelf. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was a great start to each day.
